BlessForward (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you visit our website or use our platform to give to or receive support for faith-driven ministry work.

By using BlessForward, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: Your email address and password when you create a BlessForward account.
• Profile information: Your ministry name, tagline, description, profile photo, and other content you voluntarily provide to customize your giving page.
• Donation information: Donor names, gift amounts, and optional messages left by supporters. Payment card details are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
• Payout information: Bank account and identity details collected by Stripe during the Stripe Connect onboarding process. We do not store this information directly.
• Usage data: Basic technical information such as browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs, used to improve our service.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and maintain the BlessForward platform
• Process donations and route payouts to ministry creators via Stripe
• Send email notifications about donations and account activity (you may opt out at any time in Settings)
• Respond to support inquiries sent to info@blessforward.app
• Improve our platform and diagnose technical issues
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising purposes.

Third-Party Services

BlessForward relies on the following trusted third-party services to operate:

• Stripe: All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Stripe collects and stores payment card information and payout details in accordance with their own Privacy Policy.
• Supabase: Our database and authentication infrastructure is hosted by Supabase. Data is stored on servers in the United States.

Data Retention

We retain your account and profile information for as long as your account is active. Donation records may be retained for up to seven (7) years to comply with financial and tax record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of your account at any time from the Settings page; upon deletion, your personal data will be removed from our systems within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@blessforward.app or use the account deletion option in your Settings page.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of BlessForward after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
